REVITALISING THE CLASSIC PASCUAL BRAND
To define a clear portfolio strategy, a cross-functional team (brand, insights, R&D, trade marketing, creative agencies) worked on the question “Where to Play?”, using a broad set of inspirational and practical sources.
This led to an inspiring brand vision and a 3 year Growth Roadmap that drove a full scale re-launch of this classic brand. Brand awareness and preference grew significantly, with previous downward trend in market share reversed and put back on a preliminary positive trend.
