TURBO CHARGING MARKETING PLANS FOR MOMENTUM METROPOLITAN’S TWO KEY BRANDS
Insurance business Momentum-Metropolitan had the ambitious goal of re-launching not one but two key brands: Momentum and Metropolitan. By fielding our two most senior brand coaches, we ran both brand revitalisation projects in parallel to accelerate the process. Extensive, in-depth insight into culture, clients and the brands led to an inspiring positioning for each brand.
This positioning foundation, coupled with passion point insight, then served as ‘idea fuel’ to create a turbo-charged marketing plan for each brand. Ideas were brought to life overnight to speed up the process, with an interactive ‘Dragon’s Den’ style process used to select the most promising ‘chapters’ of activity, which will be rolled out over the next 12-18 months.
