REVITALISING AN ICONIC FOOD BRAND FOR UNITED BISCUITS

BN is an iconic brand of French biscuits that had lost its way, stretching from the core to try and target an older ‘tween’ audience. The brandgym coached the team to reconnect and refresh what made BN famous, creating a revitalisation strategy and mix. The marketing director also took part in our brandgym Academy Mastering Brand Growth program to boost his brand growth know-how.
The new strategy drove a total re-launch behind the brand idea of Taste the Smile, including a new communication campaign which significantly beat benchmarks, an upgraded core product and new pack design.
