Simon joined the brandgym in 2019, with over 30 years’ experience in branding, working on client side (Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, SSE), agency side (Lewis Moberly, Holmes & Marchant, Parker Williams) and in consulting.
Simon offers his clients a balance of strategic rigour and creative verve, and specialises in innovation and name generation, and helping brands and creative agencies get the best out of each other.
Simon has worked on brand strategy, innovation and branding projects for Walmart, Nestle, SSE, Hain Daniels, Sainsbury’s, Unilever and PepsiCo, as well as with entrepreneurs and start-ups.
An alumni of Cambridge University and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Simon is also a strong copy-writer and occasional cartoonist.
