We helped the European Marketing Director transform WD40’s brand planning process, aligning and energizing the team of country marketing directors. An inspiring customer portrait and brand positioning was the springboard for creating the brand’s first ever pan-European activation program: WD40 Legendary Road Trips.
The program has run successfully for five years, and has become a distinctive asset for the brand. This new way of working has turbo-charged WD40’s European marketing, with sales up +18%, gross profit up eight-fold and a more collaborative way of working now embedded.
