The new CEO at United Biscuits wanted to make a quick impact on the marketing capability of his European teams, specifically on creating organic growth of the core business. In just two months, we designed and delivered a practical and interactive Action Learning program, drawing on the tools and processes in our Grow the Core book.
We facilitated workshops for 100+ marketers from multiple markets, increasing the team’s understanding of growing the core by +70%. Positive feedback led to follow-up programs over the next two years, for marketers around the world.
