I enjoyed a fascinating decade in Diageo, Coca-Cola and Cadbury´s. But I started to miss the challenge and fun of working directly on brand projects, and was spending too long in boring board meetings! This is when David T., who coached me on a brand vision project, offered me the big adventure of starting up brandgym Latam. The decision to leave my job as Regional Board member at 34, took me around…30 seconds! It’s been three incredible and fascinating years, helping many top brand teams – from haircare and chocolates, to newspapers and feminine care - grow their brands by developing inspirational brand visions and winning innovation ideas. Professionally, nothing beats seeing an aligned, energized team you've coached with a clear vision and ideas. Now, I fully enjoy my work, but also have time and energy to enrich my life doing things I love and spending more time with my family. This re-charges me and makes me a better marketer.
